between hotels and users in order to provide our users with
the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online.
Our service is based on information provided by hotels.
Although we do our atmost to ensure that all information
provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee
that all information is comprehensive and error-free, nor
can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery
of information.
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices
on the keralahotels24.com website are per room for your
entire stay, unless stated differently. These prices are
in bold Black numbers. As a comparison, we show the highest
price advertised by that hotel on our site for this room
for the following months (in blue numbers, crossed out).
These are neither rack rates nor competitors rates. Please
check the room details to see what is included in the price
and what is not. |

and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal
information to third parties under any circumstances. Personal
information provided by you at the time of registration
is the only mandatory submission you are required to make
as a user. keralahotels24.com, from time
to time, requests additional information in order to provide
you with more customized services based on your individual
preferences. Participation in surveys, contests, games or
other forums in which additional personal information is
requested, is entirely voluntary on the part of the user.

Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties,
keralahotels24.com will not add any additional fees, like
a reservation fee, to the room rate. |

Cancellation
You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel
arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail
to that effect from the person who made the booking must
be received at our offices.Please follow the instructions
in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your
stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy
of the hotel, it will be free of charge. Cancellations
with more than 48 hours before checking in usually do
not attract any other penalties, but the PENALTIES WILL
BE LEVIED BASED ON THE HOTEL'S POLICY WHICH CAN BE MORE
STRICT. We recommend you read the cancellation policy
of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested
by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge
you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent for a
one night stay. Note, keralahotels24.com will not charge
you any cancellation fee what so ever.
If You Change Your Booking
If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you
wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for
example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we
will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not
always be possible. Any request for changes to be made
must be in writing from the person who made the booking.
All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.
5.
Insurance
We consider adequate and appropriate travel insurance
to be essential. It is your responsibility to purchase
an appropriate travel insurance policy which provides
sufficient cover to meet your personal requirements in
respect of at least cancellation, curtailment, medical
expenses (including repatriation by air if necessary),
death and personal injury, loss or damage of personal
possessions. You must also ensure that your insurance
will cover you in respect of the activities you intend
to undertake, particularly those of a hazardous or unusual
nature.

giving your booking reference and all other relevant information.

you in your redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be
able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating
your complaint with the respective service provider. All third
party service providers are independent contractors who at
no time are under our control or supervision. Any
material obtained through the use of the service is done
at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible
for any damage that may result with the use of any such
